IAMMA is a dedicated to providing international best practice education and consulting services in the areas of management and administration to the healthcare industry.

The Endorsement

The IAMMA Endorsement Programme is aimed at hospitals, medical and dental clinics who wish to provide quality processes to their communities and provide best practice in the healthcare industry.

Through our methodology we provide an annual audit, annual report, strategic recommendations, dynamic checklists in relation to all non-medical aspects of running the healthcare facility.

In the process we examine administration, processes, human resources, authority and communication activities and any other relevant matters.

Accredited hospitals and clinics generally need to have:

  • Governance guidelines

  • Administration Policies and Procedures

  • Authority matrix

  • Human Resources Policies and Procedures

  • Process

  • Strategic Plan with Hospital Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Communication Plan

We offer our members a third party assessment and endorsement of the non-clinical aspects of their hospital.

Providing the required criteria are met, IAMMA will provide an endorsement and widely recognised certification for the selected organizations.

The certification enables members to proudly display the IAMMA System Certified logo. The recognized logo is synonymous with a quality healthcare organization.
