Hospitals and clinics rely on the quality of their medical staff, the types of equipment and the general facilities to provide a 'quality' service to their clients.

What is often forgotten are the management, administrative and facilities support staff that provide the foundation for the medical staff to perform their important medical activities.

Staff such as; admissions staff, medical practice/clinic managers, filing clerks, finance and HR staff, even cleaning staff play a valuable role in the smooth operation of  medical facility.

The International Association for Medical Management and Administration (IAMMA), represents persons from all non-medical related, management and administrative activities within a medical facility.

IAMMA offers its members; whether an individual or an organisation, opportunities to be part of an international association that provides professional and organisational development opportunities. Examples are:
